A classic clipped jacquard (often called clip spot or fil coupé). It features a lightweight, semi-sheer base with a distinctive textured pattern.

A fine, open-weave lawn (gauze). The grid-like structure provides breathability and a soft, airy drapery.  The red and olive green floral-like motifs are created by weaving extra decorative yarns into the base fabric.  With a clipped look technique on one side of the fabric leaving the threads to look slightly frayed, fuzzy tufts creating a 3D tactile quality.
